8. Dub This - Personal favorite web comic. Anime fandom to the extreme, lol. Quality story arcs and great comedy.
   
9. Lucent Canvas - A great artist with photoshop, painter, and marker tutorials.
   
10. Meo 24 - Nice collection of CG images and a great Oekaki circle.
    
11. Merekat Creations - An extremely talented artist with great skill in traditional and digital art.
    
12. Nekobox - Great online comic that updates pretty frequently and sometimes hilarious comics.
    
13. Online Comics - Large selection of great Anime style comics and other normal online comics.

15. Puppy 52 - A great artist site for fluffy, happy, cute cg images.

17. Radio Maru - A personal favorite for its great comics and style.

1. Anime News Network - One of the most essential and information resources for the News and extensive Encyclopedia.
   
2. Anime On Dvd - AoD is also one of the most essential for DVD reviews, release dates, and top news.
   
3. Anime Nation - A Florida Anime store with an influential website. Not only can you buy Anime but other products and media at internet low prices and great savings.
   
4. Right Stuf - An experienced site with years behind its back to prove it. Merchandise for an Anime fan and even live action titles. Good news source and has some of the best Weekly Special savings I have ever seen.
   

1. Anime Adrenaline - Personal favorite because this site hopes to become just as great. This site is maintained by one dedicated hard working person. Tons and tons of original, concise, and objective information. Our goal is to be just as good as this site!
   
2. Anime City - Personal favorite because I have been visiting and tracking down for years, helped inspire me to make sites and get into Anime. Good amount of reviews, multimedia, and fun stuff.
   
3. Anime Genesis - Good site with reviews and miscellaneous information and media.
   
4. Anime Lyrics - Great site for lyrics to many obscure and popular Anime titles.
   
5. Angel Eyes - Rei Ayanami shrine. Fun site with emphasis on Rei Ayanami.
   
6. Escaflowne Online - Excellent informative and concise website with quality information and multimedia for veteran anime fans and newbies to the Anime title, Escaflowne.
   
7. Eva Otaku - What every single Evangelion site is missing is located here. Second to none, THE Evangelion resource. However, it will never be updated again because the Eva franchise has ended and will eventually fade with time (plus there is so much info there is nothing to add!).

9. AnXa's Anime Fanart - A respectable artist with Evangelion, Noir, and his own Finnish online comic.
   

1. The Anime Critic - Another good review site with a good number of reviews. Reviews are moderately lengthed and include many aspects of the Anime title and sometimes multimedia.
   
2. Anime Cafe - A great review site for adults and parents to check if the Anime is appropriate or not. From a parental guidance point of view. Rating system with list of objectional material of the Anime.
   
3. Anime Meta Reviews - Good Australian review site with years of experience. A good point of view from a retro classic Anime fan.
   
4. Anime World - A good review site for popular titles maintained and updated frequently to moderately. Reviews may be lengthy and include VHS/DVD information.

2. Anime Guitar Tabs - A large comprehensive Anime guitar tab site that updates very often. Great site for even recently released Anime.
   
3. Classical Guitar Tabs - A very large collection of classical guitar tabs and midis.

1. Gimp - A very powerful image editing program. I use it to color all my images and the comic. I can't reccomend this program enough. Plus it's free and open source.
   
2. Font Forge - A very useful program for fonts.
   
3. Winamp - You need this to play MP3's as you work on art. Its a free small download.

2. Anime Lab - Numerous links with huge collections of images, fanart, fanfiction, and a great community.
